I'm Amy
A few of Amy's favourite things: summer, music, and sitcoms. ​Amy enjoys adventurous holidays, although she needs a lot of convincing to complete the adventure once she gets there! Her most memorable adventure was the Tongariro Crossing day hike in New Zealand!

Amy is a Registered Psychologist at The Connected Psych. ​Amy has a passion for supporting clients to be their unique selves. Amy uses Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy approaches in a genuine and empathetic manner. Amy offers psychological therapy for adults, adolescents, children and their families.

Amy (Registered Psychologist) works in collaboration with Simone Fitzgerald (Speech Pathologist, Complex Care Collaborative) to provide diagnostic assessment for children and young people aged 4 to 17 years. For more information, go here.

What we offer?

Self-referral
You do not require a referral from your doctor to access psychology services. Please note, without a referral you will not be eligible for medicare rebates.
If you have private health insurance, contact your private health insurer to see if you are eligible to claim for services.

Doctor referral
A valid Mental Health Treatment Plan will enable you to be eligible for a Medicare rebate to access psychological services, which you are able to claim after each psychology appointment. Please talk with your doctor for more information.

NDIS Support
Self-managed and plan-managed psychological support to acheive NDIS goals. Please talk with your NDIS coordinator for more information.
